Choose Christchurch to see venues with Christchurch addresses, including Casebrook and the central city. Lincoln, Rolleston and Rangiora are separate nearby towns. Check the address and the builder’s published hours before you travel. ## Which show homes can I visit on my chosen day? Choose a visit date to show homes with published regular hours on that weekday. This does not confirm a specific appointment or a holiday opening. Homes with unconfirmed visiting days are left out of date-filtered results; clear the date to see them and contact the builder. ## Does it cost anything to plan my visits? You can browse this directory, add homes to My visits and open directions without paying BuyNew or creating an account. Confirm any appointment or event requirements with the builder. My visits saves your stops in this browser; it does not make a booking. ## Do I need to book a show-home visit? Homes with regular opening hours generally offer visits during those times. Check the individual builder’s information before travelling. For an appointment outside opening hours, contact the builder directly. Saving a home to My visits does not make a booking. ## Are these homes open on public holidays? The directory shows published regular hours. Holiday closures, one-off changes and private appointments may differ. Confirm with the builder before you travel, especially on a public holiday. ## Can I visit multiple show homes in a day? Yes. Add homes to My visits, put them in your preferred order and open directions. Check that each home’s opening times fit your plans. Directions do not calculate a visiting schedule or reserve appointments. ## What should I check when choosing a builder? Visit homes that match your budget, layout and location needs. Ask which finishes and upgrades are included in the advertised price, what the build excludes, and who would manage your project. Request recent customer references and check independent reviews yourself. A show home demonstrates a finish; it does not guarantee your build’s price, timing or outcome. ## Is a show home available to buy? A show home demonstrates a builder’s design, layout and finish. It may not be for sale, and furniture, landscaping or upgrades on display may not be included in a standard home package. Ask the builder what is included. ## How are the details checked? Venue addresses and regular hours were researched from builder information on 12 September 2026. Each venue page links to its source and shows when it was checked. Where hours differ or need confirmation, we say so. Map positions use LINZ address data. Confirm current hours with the builder before travelling.
