Suppliers keep ownership of their content and must have the right to provide or authorise it. They grant BuyNew.co.nz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, adapt, structure, enrich, display, distribute, promote, and otherwise process supplier content and authorised public website content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the BuyNew marketplace and their supplier listings. You retain ownership of your content. Supplier-provided listing content must be current, complete, and not misleading.
If you create an account, upload content, connect a source, or ask BuyNew.co.nz to manage content for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to provide that content and grant the licence below. If you cannot do so, do not provide the content or use an organisation account.
To set up, maintain, improve, or support an organisation account, BuyNew.co.nz administrators may add, update, organise, and publish account content supplied by you or obtained from official websites, feeds, files, or other sources you provide or control.
The content licence includes use in BuyNew.co.nz marketing, social media, advertising, marketplace promotions, product demonstrations, and communications that promote BuyNew.co.nz, your organisation, or its listings. We may resize, crop, caption, or combine content for those purposes without changing its material meaning.
BuyNew.co.nz admins may create public-information organisation pages or preload verified public records without a supplier representative. This does not bind the unrepresented supplier or record supplier acceptance. Publication follows public-information rules, source and provenance controls, content-rights rules, and the takedown process.
When you enquire, BuyNew.co.nz shares your submitted details with the named organisation for that enquiry. BuyNew.co.nz may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, listings, or content that breach these terms, create user risk, or undermine marketplace reliability. Ending an account ends future use of its content, subject to reasonable removal timeframes, completed marketing commitments, legal obligations, and retained audit records.
To create and use a supplier workspace, BuyNew.co.nz must process your account, organisation, and listing data. This core processing is required for supplier functionality and is not an optional marketing consent. A supplier representative must accept the active Terms and Privacy Policy before supplier workspace functions are enabled.
These terms work alongside BuyNew.co.nz's privacy policy and legal notices. Organisation workspace terms, billing rules, moderation, and listing approvals may add extra requirements.
